Are you a game artist? Do you have a sharp eye for central European environments and atmosphere? Would you like to work one short kilometer from a beach in Thailand? Then keep on reading because we’re looking for an Art Supervisor for our branch in Pattaya. Our team of 15 Thai artists is currently working on various game assets for our AAA games, and you will be acting as a liaison and a mentor between our Czech and Thai branches.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, assign, and provide feedback on assets created by the Thai art team
• Provide creative leadership for any game assets unfamiliar to Thai culture
• Mentor other Artist
• Model and texture a variety of game assets
• Cooperate with Czech art and design teams
• Co-manage the team with senior Thai artists
• Take the lead on all produced assets
• Work on all of Bohemia’s projects, including a new unannounced AAA game
• Be involved in team members’ annual progress reports
• Help with the hiring of new team members
• Your pick of which assets you personally want to work on

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in the game industry (mid/regular level)
• Good knowledge of 3D SW (3ds Max/Maya/Blender, ZBrush/Mudbox) and 2D SW (Photoshop, Substance Painter)
• Good communication and people skills
• Fluent English and ideally also Czech/Slovak language
